The team at the British Chamber of Commerce Czech Republic are celebrating after being crowned the International Chamber of the Year.  

The Chamber Awards are one of the showpieces of the business calendar, highlighting the role that Chambers play in assisting firms to deliver growth and prosperity. 

They provide a deserved opportunity to recognise and celebrate the achievements of the Chamber Network, and the vital support Chambers provide to businesses. 

Judges said the Chamber’s long-standing record of working to promote women in business had been the deciding factor in its win. It is Equilibrium Programme has had a 75% success rate in helping women advance their careers in the Czech Republic. It has achieved this by focusing on fostering a climate of inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

Reacting to news of their win, Silvia Bušniaková, Managing Director, British Chamber of Commerce Czech Republic, said:
