BritCham led the UK–Southeast Asia Trade Digitalisation Pilots project, findings of which shaped the UK Government’s 2025 Trade Strategy. This pioneering initiative brought together UK and Southeast Asian businesses, government, and technology partners to demonstrate how digital tools can transform trade documentation and supply chain efficiency. The Pilots – delivered across the UK, Singapore and Thailand – provided tangible evidence of savings and scalability, ensuring the UK continues to innovate and lead global trade. 

Alongside policy innovation, BritCham supports businesses on the ground. In September 2025, we partnered with the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce to deliver a Singapore trade mission for eight companies, arranging tailored meetings with senior stakeholders from across government, industry, and the innovation ecosystem.

Throughout the year, BritCham supported UK firms with bespoke market-entry services and hosted targeted receptions to showcase opportunities in Singapore. By combining policy influence, commercial delivery, and our wide network, BritCham Singapore enables UK businesses of all sizes to unlock growth across Asia, while championing the UK’s leadership in open, innovative, and digitally enabled trade.
