Rype Office’s mission is to convert the prevailing throw-away approach to office furniture and fit-outs to a circular one that saves money, carbon missions and waste while creating employment for those who need it most. We do this by refurbishing, renewing, re-homing, and managing furnishings cost-effectively, using AI-driven software.

Partner

Collaboration is required to avoid breaking the circular system that recovers, remanufactures and redistributes resources. Rype works with developers, occupiers, designers and contractors to explain how the Circular Economy can help the planet while improving their profits. We arrange site visits, trial projects, and seminars.

For ten years Rype has developed techniques to bring furniture back to new condition, created delivery capability internally and with partners, while creating an AI-powered software system and recommerce marketplace to efficiently manage supply, remanufacturing and re-homing.

Our monthly newsletter shares the latest sustainable fit-out news and inspiring case studies. We co-founded the Office Furniture Remanufacturing Association. And our Founder is a member of DEFRA’s Circular Economy Taskforce developing the Circular Economy Growth Plan for England.
