We use the system to raise EUR1 and Certificates of Origin. - How did you first hear about our service?
The service was already set up when I joined CooperVision many years ago, I think this was set up with our customs compliance manager. - Tell us a bit about your business.
We export contact lenses all over the world, therefore having the chamber of commerce helps us on a weekly basis to provide documents required for a specific country, middle east etc - What made you choose our service?
The quickness of the service we receive, the help/guidance provided by the chamber of commerce. - Why did you need this service at the time?
A lot of the countries we ship to require either EUR1 or CofO, the quickness of the service we receive is great, also if we need urgent documents we know we can pop along to the Chamber of Commerce and pick up same day instead of waiting for the post, which has been helpful at times (although not done this for a while). - What impact did the service have on your business?
We were able to help our customers to clear goods in a timely manner. - Did using our service lead to any new business opportunities?
No. - Would you recommend our service to others? If so, why?
Yes I would recommend the Chamber of Commerce to others. The service we get is always quick and the staff at the chamber are always helpful, pointing us in the right direction when things aren’t done correctly or we need guidance.
