The British Chambers of Commerce is recruiting for a Marketing Executive.
You’ll be a social media whizz, with strong planning skills and great experience of creating a whole range of assets to engage our audiences. You’ll be responsible for our website too, so you’ll need solid knowledge of reporting and best practice.
More generally, you’ll need strong creative and stakeholder management skills to produce a range of campaigns and assets for BCC events, campaigns and policy announcements, both in-house and also via external suppliers.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading and driving the BCC Social Media strategy and content, including supporting events and campaigns.To include developing plans, generating content, testing new approaches and creating performance reports to share internally.
Taking overall responsibility for the performance of the BCC website, including ensuring it effectively represents the BCCs priorities, features up-to-date information and reflects BCC branding. To include regular reporting and recommendations and managing external web developers.
Reviewing and reporting on BCC digital performance and making recommendations to revise activity to improve performance
Devising, creating and employing marketing assets to promote events, campaigns and BCC policies in the most effective way, to time and within modest budgets
Writing and designing in-house content using design packages to support BCC campaigns and events
Managing external agencies to produce documents, publications and digital assets to support BCC activity such as campaigns, events and policy announcements.
Managing project plans to ensure the internal project teams are aware of and meet deadlines
Promoting campaign activity and other events to the Chambers via a series of toolkits, calls and other outreach methods
