Over the last year, our advocacy work has focused on: People, Trade, Infrastructure and Brexit. For the next 12 months our focus will centre on helping UK business Restart, Rebuild and Renew following the pandemic, as well as continuing our work on Brexit.

Our strong links with the business and political journalists at all the UK’s major news outlets, ensures that the BCC is the go-to business commentator and regularly leads the headlines appearing on the UK’s flagship news and current affairs programmes.

Business engagement

From working with Chambers to deliver partner events with their local business members, to webinars and online conferences, and our flagship Annual Conference, we run a packed schedule of events throughout the year that gives us and our partners the opportunity to engage directly with businesses of every sector, every size and in every region of the UK.
