Employers support Train to Gain but the scheme is too bureaucratic

Commenting on John Denham's announcement that Train to Gain funds have not been fully taken up by employers, David Frost, Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce, said:

"This is disappointing news as employers have supported the Train to Gain scheme. However, many businesses have complained about too much bureaucracy. We need to look at making Train to Gain more flexible to meet the needs of all employers."
