Case Study - Riverbank IT Management Ltd

Riverbank IT Management Ltd
11 employees

Our flu plan includes the option to have just one person in the office, and everyone else working from home.

  • We have made sure that all our staff can work effectively from home. Everyone has broadband at home or a mobile phone USB modem. They have remote computer access to our network. All this was already in place, but we have double-checked that it’s operational for everyone, not just the technical staff.
  • What we have done recently is to extend our office phone system out to people’s homes. We have soft-phones on our laptops and they work exactly as a real office phone – an incoming call to the office rings in the office and on their phone at home.
  • We also use Instant Messaging and web conferencing so we can stay in touch wherever we are working, and without infecting each other.
  • In the office we have equipped every desk with hand cleaning gel and a box of tissues, and the office manager is in charge of regular door-handle disinfection. Towels etc will be washed more frequently.
