Commenting on Ofcom's long-awaited report on the digital communications market - including broadband and mobile services - Dr Adam Marshall, Executive Director of Policy and External Affairs at the British Chambers of Commerce, said:

"The test of Ofcom's proposed reforms is whether they can deliver an end to the variable and often deplorable broadband and mobile service experienced by businesses in far too many parts of the UK."
