BCC Complaints Procedure
Please complete the form above with your complaint. Please give as much detail as possible. Upon receipt of your complaint we will then arrange for the right person to look into and respond to your concerns. Following our complaints procedure does not affect your legal rights. Below is an outline of our complaints procedure;
  • BCC acknowledges all written complaints within five working days.
  • BCC will investigate the details of a complaint and take appropriate action at each stage of the investigation.
  • All complaints about will be referred immediately to the appropriate member of the team or Chamber contact.
  • BCC resolves to complete investigations into complaints within 31 days and to respond in the same time scale.
